軍組織의 時代適應性 提高를 위한 硏究 : 組織理論의 變遷과 軍組織의 特性을 中心으로

Modern organizations expose complexity and Mobility in a large scale, and they develope very rapidly and change in various ways. The purpose of this thesis is to study the development of organization theories and so improvement of Mility organization in Modern Society.
The stayes of organization evolution are various. D. Waldo has discribed the organization evolutions with the types of three; the classical theory, Neo-classical theory and modern theory.
A. Etzioni has discribed then three types; the classical approach, the human relation approach and the structural approach. The models of human nature assumed by each of theories, respectively i) a rational man ii) a social man iii) a self actualization man, and iv) a compley man.
This means that the factors to be included in the analysis of organization have become complicated, and that the problems of the organization should be doalt with comprehensively, and more systematically.
For development of military organization military organization accommodates changing process of modern society and organization, stands affirmatively its comcepts of specific organization and increases its managemental characteristics. Modern organizations change and develope incessantly with developments of civilization and science.
So military organization must accommodate changing aspects of modern organizations, suggest direetions for developments of it.
The first ; Ideslogy
Military organization must set up goals and plan based on rational thought and behavior harmoniced with social value, and must raise personal quality of high and low ranker for voluntary conscioness of behavior and community, rather than absoluteness.
The second ; Structure
The structure of grade has important meaning and establishes systems of superiors and inferiors. Military organization must put in practical command ability to manifold directions, and also raise flexible handling ability with horizontal and vertical structure.
The third ; Management
Military organization must possess democratic techniques of management and authority and raise concilatory relation with general organization and act to the best of mobility.
The fourth ; Behavior
Military organization must reappraised importance of motivation to members and give priority to military spirit taking into account that members are transformed heterogenious group into homogeneous group.
In conclusion, modern organizations change incessantly with dignity of human-being oriented and potential power by development of modern society.
Therefore, military organization, as a specific organization, must improve systems and characteristics that bring about tranquility to whole society.
