Telecommuting work is expanding due to COVID-19. Workation is a new type of work for workers who are well-suited to these non-face-to-face remote work trends. The purpose of this study is to identify the awareness of hotel workation and suggesting plan to revitalize hotel workation. A total of 3,663s were collected through Naver, Daum, and Google, and through the text mining process, the final 60 were selected for analysis. As a result, first, various keywords recognized by hotel workation such as 'work', 'vacation', 'trip', 'Jeju', 'task', 'people', 'trend', 'region', 'progress', 'Gangwondo', 'various', 'work from home', 'rest', 'resort', 'space', 'tourism', 'site' were extracted. Second, as the result of CONCOR analysis, a total of 4 groups were formed. Through text mining and semantic network analysis results, we suggested ways to activate hotel workation and academic and practical implications.
