'직업일본어' 교육을 위한 기반 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

직업일본어란 업무상 필요에 의해 학습하게 되는 일본어(이하, 직업일본어)를 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 직업일본어를 효율적으로 지도할 수 있는 방법을 도출해 내기 위해 모 대학에 개설된 일본 취업을 위한 기초 일본어 강의를 대상으로 수강생들의 니즈 및 만족도를 조사, 분석하였다. 니즈와 만족도를 비교한 결과, 강의는 대체적으로 수강생들의 니즈에 맞게 이루어진 것으로 판단되었다. 단, 회화 능력 함양을 원하는 수강생들이 많았던 데 비해 본문회화나 구두연습에 대한 만족도는 높지 않았다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이번 강의와 같이 다양한 전공과 레벨의 수강생들이 혼재해 있을 때 직무 및 일상생활 관련 회화 연습을 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고 향후 직업일본어 관련 강의에서 보완할 점에 대해 제언하였다.

Occupational Japanese refers to Japanese (japanese), which is taught by occupational needs. The purpose of this study was to investigate and analyze the needs and satisfaction of learners in basic Japanese lectures for employment in Japan. As a result of comparing needs and satisfaction, it was judged that the lecture was mostly made to meet the needs of the students. However, there were many students who wanted to improve their conversational skills, but they were not satisfied with their conversation or oral practice. Therefore, this study suggests ways to practice conversations related to job and everyday life when students of various majors such as this lecture are mixed, and suggested directions for lectures on Occupational Japanese.
