Just as the same way in other fields, the problem of Organization in the educational administration also needs cooperative efforts of the organizing member, so that can get the greatest results to accomplishment goal of the organization.
Therefor this study was intended to give more comprehensive information about school administration, representing what is an organizational process influencing goal-accomplishment of school, and what is effectiveness variables and verifying relationship between process variables and effectiveness variables.
For these reasons; first, to verify organizational process of school and effectiveness variables, according to the theoretical background second, to verify relationship between organizational process and effectiveness variables third, to verifty teacher's perception according to the personal traits and environmental traits of school.
This study showed high perception in task-orientation, decision-making and job-achievement whereas it showed low in human relation-orientation, communication, job-satisfaction and organizational adjustment The coefficient between job-achievement and other variables was very weak but others were strong in the coefficient of each variables.
In comparision with personal traits of each teacher, male teachers who have taught for 11 to 20 years, older than 55, and female teachers who have teaching career of 21 to 30 years, older than 55 had high perception in other variables except task-orientation and male teachers who have teaching career of above 31 years, aging from 46 to 55, showed high perception in other variables except decision-making By the way, female teachers who have teaching career of less than 10 years, aging from 36 to 45 and of 11 to 20 years, younger than 35, and of less than 10 years, aging 46-55, and of less than 10 years, younger than 35 and male teacher with, less than 10 years career, younger than 35 showed low perception in almost all variables. The older teachers who had longer teaching career perceived stronger than young teachers who had shorter teaching career in organizational process of school and organizational effectiveness.
Therefor considering increasing number of female and young teachers with low perception, some incentives should be found for promoting their perception.
In comparison with environmental traits, teachers who work with more than 41 colleagues in metropolitan public high school and those with more than 61 in public girl's high school showed high perception in others except organizational-adjustment By the way the teachers who work with less than 40 colleagues in rural public girl's junior school, public girl's high school, public boy's high school and teachers who worked with 41 to 60 colleagues in civic public junior school, private giral's junior school and private girl's high school showed low perception in almost all variables. It was expected that low perception of rural school teachers was ascribed to much burden to them in comparison with that in metropolitan and so some alternatives should be offered to overcome these things.
Lastly this study was to show the trait integrated through comparision in personal and environmental traits not examining those separately.
