가족배경과 대학생의 소비와 근로경험: 충청지역을 중심으로 = A Study on the Daily Expenses and Work Experiences of Undergraduate Students focused on Chungchung Province

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper examines the daily expenses and work experiences of undergraduate students in relations to family backgrounds. The samples of this study was collected from undergraduates studying in Chungchung province. Daily expenses were categorized into a meal price and a daily transportation fee. Wished meal and transportation prices were also surveyed. A sample of 369 undergraduates found that 70.5% spent 3,000-6,000 won and 13.3% spent less than 3,000 won for a meal. For daily transportation, 41.7% spent 3,000-6,000 won and 35.2% spentless than 3,000 won. For both wished meal and daily transportation prices increased, particularly the wished meal price increased significantly. 81.6% of students had paid part-time work experiences. The effect of family background was statistically significant on the amount of spent on a meal and paid workexperience, but it was negligible on the amount spent on transportation. Students from higher family background were more likely to spend meal prices and less likely to work than those from lower family background.
