프롭테크산업 인식에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Influencing Factors on the Perception of the PropTech Industry

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 기술수용모형과 혁신수용이론을 기반으로, 대학생들의 프롭테크에 대한 인식 수준과 활용 경험을 파악하는 데 있다. 연구 방법으로는 설문조사를 토대로 상관분석, 집단비교분석, 다중회귀분석 등을 수행하였다.
설문조사는 2025년 9월 1일 부터 동년 9월 20일까지 총 19일간에 걸쳐 부동산학과 대학 생들을 대상으로 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 대학생의 프롭테크산업인식에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 요인은 디지털기술활용능력, 부동산전공수업이수정도, 진로계획, 기술수용태도, 사회 적영향력 요인이었다. 둘째, 대학생의 프롭테크산업인식에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 요인은 프롭테크이용경험정도, 정보획득경로의 요인이었다. 이 때 프롭테크이용경험정도는 일반적인 선형관계가 아니라 U자형 비선형 경향성을 시사하였다.
이러한 분석 결과를 토대로 프롭테크산업에 대한 발전방향에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 요인을 고려해야 함을 알 수 있고, 대학교에서 부동산학과 관련 교과과정을 개편하며 커리큘럼 조정시 어떠한 방향으로 해야 하는지에 대한 시사점을 얻을 수 있다는 점이 도출되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine university students’ perception of the Property Technology (PropTech) industry and their experience in using related services grounded in the technology acceptance model and the diffusion of innovations. In terms of the research method, correlation analysis, group comparison analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted based on the survey results.
The survey was administered to university students majoring in real estate for 19 days between 1 to 20 September 2025.
As a result of the analysis, first, the variables that have a positive (+) effect on students' perception of the PropTech industry are their digital literacy, learning experience of PropTech in major courses, career planning, technology acceptance attitude, and social influence (perceived opinions of others about PropTech). Second, the variables that negatively (-) affect university students' perception of the PropTech industry are the level of PropTech experience and the information channels. In this relationship, however, the level of technology experience exhibited a U-shaped nonlinear pattern rather than a typical linear tendency.
Based on these results, this study suggests that factors positively influencing the development of the PropTech industry should be considered, and provides implications for the direction of curriculum reform in university real estate programs.
