세상을 놀라게 한 여성들이 지닌 어미니의 심정과 가르침에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

세계를 놀라게 한 여성들이 타인들에게 베풀었었던 그 사랑이 과연 어떠한 사랑이었는지를 검토하고 그들이 위대한 업적을 이루게 되면서 그들이 타인들에게 베풀었었던 사랑이 과연 어떠한 사랑이었으며 전제적으로 이것이 어머니의 사랑이라 불리는 종류라면 과연 그 사랑의 심정적 기준과 그 심정의 세계란 어떠한 것인가에 대해 여러 가지 자료들을 통해 알아보고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

An individual is to realize own purpose an organization. There is a tendency that relationship between variables like a result of business and communication is frequently examined in recent. But it has a significant meaning how the communication affects on the result of business in parts associated with sports.
This study is used with static methods of the Analysis of trusting rate, T-test, One way ANOVA and Regression Analysis, etc and the results are following:
First, staves' communication in sports center according to personal feature showed the difference depending on a position and years of service.
Second, staves' result of business in sports center according to personal feature showed the difference depending on an age, position and years of service.
Third, upward and downward communication had static influence on the result of business among staves' communication types in sports center.
