韓國 精神 障碍의 疫學的 調査 硏究(ⅩⅨ) - 自殺思考 및 自殺企圖와 國家別 比較 - = A Nationwide Epidemiological Study of Mental Disorders in Korea(ⅩⅨ) - Suicide Ideation and Suicide Attempts -

국문 초록 (Abstract)

한국에서 DIS-Ⅲ 한국어판을 사용하여 얻은 자살사고와 자살기도와 미국, 캐나다, 푸엘토리코, 프랑스, 독
일, 레바논, 타이완, 뉴질랜드 등에서 DIS-Ⅲ를 사용하여 얻은 같은 결과를 비교 연구하여 다음과 같은 결
과를 얻었다.
1) 자살사고의 평생유병률은 뉴질랜드 18.51%로 가장 높고 한국 16.22, 독일 15.62, 프랑스 14.20, 캐
나다 11.25, 미국 11.18, 푸엘토리코 9.51, 타이완 5.28, 레바논 2.09의 순이었다.
2) 자살사고의 평생유병률은 여자에서 남자보다 많았다. 결혼 상태는 이혼 혹은 별거에서 높고 다음이 미
혼이며 기혼에서 가장 낮았다.
3) 자살기도의 평생유병률은 푸엘토리코에서 가장 높아 5.93%, 프랑스 4.95, 뉴질랜드 4.43, 캐나다
3.82, 독일 3.44, 한국 3.20, 미국 3.13, 타이완 0.75, 레바논 0.72의 순이었다.
4) 자살기도의 평생유병률은 여자에서 남자보다 많았다. 결혼상태는 이혼 혹은 별거에서 높았고 다음이
미혼이고 기혼에서 가장 낮았다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The nationwide epidemiological study of mental disorders including suicide ideation and suicide
attempts in Korea using DIS-Ⅲ Korean Version was conducted in the Capital City of Korea(Seoul)
and 20 rural areas and compared to the other 8 countries.
The results were as follows：
1) The lifetime prevalence of suicide ideation were 18.51% in New Zealand, 15.62% in Munich,
Germany, 14.20% in France, 11.25% in Canada, 11.18% in the USA, 9.5% in Puerto Rico, 5.28% in
Taiwan and 2.09% in Lebanon, respectively.
2) The lifetime prevalence of suicide ideation was higher in female than male. Divorced and
separated persons were at the highest risk and next were never married. Married persons were at the
lowest risk.
3) The lifetime prevalence of suicide attempts were 5.93% in Puerto Rico, 4.95% in France, 4.43%
in New Zealand, 3.82% in Canada, 3.44% in Munich Germany, 3.20% in Korea, 3.13% in the USA,
0.75% in Taiwan and 0.72% in Lebanon, respectively.
4) The lifetime prevalence of suicide attempts were highest in female and divorced or separated.
Next were never married and lowest were married
