실종아동 예방을 위한 시민 참여의식 고취로의 미디어아트 활용성 연구 = A Study on the Utilization of Media Art to Promote Citizens' Participation in the Prevention of Missing Children

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Child disappearance cases, due to the nature of the case are limited only by police publicity and efforts, and are important to increase the efficiency and concentration of the investigation by drawing active cooperation from media and institutions as well as citizens. In addition, although rapid investigation speed and prevention are important, most of the investigations begin after the incident, and it is still insufficient to recognize missing children as a social problem and induce citizens to participate to prevent and cooperate with children. Accordingly, this study analyzes the possibility of convergence between children's information necessary for initial investigation and media art characteristics. This will help many people recognize the importance of preventing children's disappearance while enjoying the media art experience, and it can contribute to the recognition of missing children's problems as social community problems without attributing them to individual problems or family responsibilities of missing children. it will also help expedite the delivery of information needed for the initial investigation to the National Police Agency.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

아동실종사건은 사건의 특성 상, 경찰의 홍보와 노력만으로는 한계가 있으며, 매체와 각 기관들 뿐 아니라 시민들의 적극적인 협력을 끌어내어 수사의 효율과 집중도를 높이는 것이 중요하다. 또한 빠른 수사속도와 예방이 중요하지만 수사의 시작은 대부분 사건이 발생 한 후부터 시작되며, 실종아동사건을 사회의 문제로 인식하고 시민들의 참여를 유도하여 아동실종의 예방과 협력을 끌어내는 일은 아직까지 많이 부족한 상태이다. 그에 따라 본 연구에서는 초기수사에 필요한 아동의 정보들과 미디어아트 특징들과의 융합가능성을 분석한다. 이는 많은 사람들이 미디어아트 체험을 즐기는 가운데 아동실종 예방의 중요성을 인식하게 되고, 실종아동의 문제를 더 이상 개인의 문제, 실종아동 가족의 책임으로 돌리지 않고 사회 공동체 문제로 인식하게 하는 데에 기여할 수 있을 것이며, 또한 미디어아트의 특성상 동시감시 역할에도 기여할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 초기 수사에 필요한 정보들을 신속히 경찰청에 전달하는 데에도 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.
