      In this study, understand the nature of early childhood teachers of professionalism based on Previous studies in on early childhood teacher's role and professionalism.
      It is discuss about the critical analysis about a relation of or not validity of professionalism and qualification criteria in check early childhood teacher qualification criteria of national level.
      I would like to discuss in depth pivots on supplement, modify qualification criteria of national level. and in respect of teacher's environment qualification criteria suggest solution, early childhood teacher's an object use base data for the use of expertise improvement.
      Research on the problem as follows.

      Are the early childhood teacher' qualification criteria on the basis of professionalism ?

      Qualification criterion of teacher based on the expertise through critical analysis is teacher's expertise, teacher's autonomy, professional training, professional role, morality of teachers examined five items.
      The results of study involved in the details qualification criteria content about the current eligibility criteria look out for teacher's career. Criteria for about professionalism qualifications of teachers vague, ambiguous patterns were found.
      it is precise content suggestion in qualification criteria as to establish knowledge for professional of Childhood Teacher autonomy.
      That should be clearly presented qualifications criteria about professional role and moral education of teachers done every years.
      also, must to teacher' professional training of long term.
      In conclusion the current suggest the need to modify and supplement about early Childhood Teacher Qualification criteria based on the professionalism.
