The purpose of this study is to look at the effective ways to achieve the educational objectives in the areas. This study thus describes the characteristics of `linguistic life` areas and introduces a whole language instructional method for an integrated management of kindergarten curriculum. The goal of curriculum is to educate the whole person and to assist in the development of health, social relations, emotions, creative expression, thinking, and language. Linguistic life most especially includes educational contents and activities for the improvement of linguistic ability and a broad, deep, and joyful attitude toward voiced speech functions. If we take into consideration the viewpoint that infancy is a critical period of language development, we must put great emphasis on the importance of effective language education. A whole language instructional approach that includes integration and individualization is an efficient method for the improvement of literacy. In order for kindergarten education to be successful, teachers and other concerned care givers need to be made aware of research regarding whole person development and whole language approaches and they need opportunities to learn both the methods used in whole language approaches as well as their philosophical basis.
