함께하는 사회를 위한 친사회적 가치 설정과 실천 방안 탐색

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 논문은 함께 하는 사회를 구축하기 위한 방안을 문헌 연구와 조사연구의 방법을 활용해 탐색한 것이다. 그 방안으로 친사회적 가치 설정을 기반으로 하는 비폭력대화의 적극적인 활용을 제안했다. 이러한 비폭력 대화는 ‘관찰, 느낌, 욕구, 부탁’을 하나의 맥락에서 정확하게 연동하여 활용하는 것을 의미한다. 초등 예비교사를 대상으로 한 인식의 양상 연구에서 관찰과 평가는 비교적 잘 구분하고 있지만, 감성적인 측면의 느낌과 이성적인 측면의 생각을 혼용하여 사용하고, 욕구와 부탁을 구분하기 보다는 혼용하여 사용하고, 부탁을 구체적으로 하지 못하는 인식의 양상을 보여주었다. 따라서 비폭력 대화를 언어교육에서 활용할 때는 느낌을 정확하게 드러내고 자기의 욕구를 구체적이고 명확하게 드러내는 언어적 훈련을 해야 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper explores ways to build a symbiotic society using the methods of literature research and research study. As a solution, it was prop osed to actively utilize nonviolent communication based on pro-social value setting. These nonviolent communication mean using ‘observations, feelings, needs, and requests’ in one context accurately. Although observations and evaluation are relatively well distinguished in a study of perception patterns for pre-primary elementary school teachers, they use emotional feelings and rational thoughts mixedly rather than separating needs and requests, and show a pattern of perception that does not specifically ask for requests. Therefore, it is necessary to engage in verbal training that accurately reveals feelings and clearoy reveals one’s requests when using nonviolent conversations in language education.
