음악(국악)영재성 선별을 위한 교사관찰정보지(OSTG)의 구인타당화 = The Construct Validation of the OSTG-2 for Screening of The Gifted in Korean Traditional and Western Music

국문 초록 (Abstract)

국내 영재교육 판별에 교사관찰추천제가 적용되고 있다. 교사관찰 결과의 타당성을 확보하기 위해서는 추정 영재성을 가려낼 수 있는 양적 ․ 질적 판별방법에 대한 연구가 선행 조건이다. 이 연구는 음악(국악)영재성 선별을 위한 양적 검사도구로서의 교사관찰정보지(2차, OSTG-2) 문항을 수렴하고 그 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 탐색적 요인분석 및 확인적 요인분석을 실행하였고, 내적일관성 신뢰도를 추정하였다. 그 결과, OSTG-2의 최종 22 문항을 수렴할 수 있었고, 교사관찰 시 평가준거로 설정 가능한 음악(국악)영재성의 심리학적 구인을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 OSTG-2에 대한 내적일관성 신뢰도 추정 결과, 높은 신뢰도 수준(음악성 문항 r=.852, 창의성 문항 r=.894, 과제집착력 문항 r=.924)을 확보할 수 있었다. 이 연구의 타당화 결과는 교사관찰정보지(2차, OSTG-2)가 영재판별 현장에 즉시 투입 가능한 음악(국악)영재성 선별용 검사도구임을 반영해준다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The OSTG (Observation Scale for Teachers of the Gifted in Korean Traditional and Western Music) is one of the tools for screening of the Gifted in Korean traditional and Western music. So the validity and reliability of the OSTG-2 has an influence on securing validity of the whole identification process. The purpose of this study is to examine the validity and reliability of the OSTG-2 that input screening processing, and to suggest systematization of identification processing for the Gifted in Korean traditional and Western Music. For the achievement of this purpose, this study administered the OSTG-2 to 195 teachers of gifted students aged between 13 and 16 in the middle or high school for the arts. To validate the OSTG-2, I analyzed items of the OSTG-2, and conducted the exploratory and confirmative factor analysis. I also examined the internal consistency. As a result of the exploratory factor analysis, I collected 22 items of the OSTG-2 finally. Furthermore, I could identify psychological construct of the Gifted in Korean traditional and Western Music. The consequence of confirmative factor analysis, the model provided good fit to observed data. As a result of reliability analysis, the internal consistency of musicality verified cronbach’ α=.852, and the creativity verified cronbach’ α=.894, the task commitment verified cronbach’ α=.924. This result of validity study reflects the fact that the OSTG-2 is a valid scale and is able to input to gifted educational field instantly.
