대학생의 지각된 진로장애와 자기격려가 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생의 지각된 진로장애와 자기격려가 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 진행되었다. 이를 위해 대학생 540명에게 진로장애 척도, 자기격려 척도, 진로성숙도 척도를 사용하였고, 자료 분석을 위해 상관분석과 위계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 지각된 진로장애는 진로성숙도에 부정적인 영향을 주었으며, 자기격려는 진로성숙도에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 진로장애와 자기격려가 진로성숙도에 미치는 상호작용을 확인한 결과, 진로성 숙도의 하위요인 중 결정성에서는 유의미하였으나, 진로준비성, 독립성, 목적성, 확신성에서는 유의미하지 않았다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점에 대해 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of career barriers on career attitude maturity and the moderating effect of self encouragement. The instrument used in this study were Career Attitude Maturity Inventory, Korea Career Indecision Inventory(KCII). Self Encouragement Inventory. Data was obtained through a survey administered to 540 college students, 229 were men and 316 were women. As a result, the effect of career barriers on career attitude maturity was significant and self encouragement significantly moderated the relationship between career barriers and only career decisiveness which is a sub-element of career attitude maturity. Suggestion of the present study were discussed.
