보육시설장 전문성 향상을 위한 보수교육과정 모형 개발 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 보육시설장 관련 문헌 및 기존의 보수교육 내용을 비교?분석한 결과와 현직 보육시설장을 대상으로 보수교육에 대한 인식과 요구를 조사?분석한 결과를 기초로 보육시설장 보수교육과정 모형을 개발하여 보수교육 내용 구성에 실천적 정보를 제공하는 데 목적이 있었다. 이에 기존의 보육시설장 보수교육 관련 자료를 수집하고 비교ㆍ분석하였으며, 설문지를 구성하고 현직 보육시설장 409명을 연구대상으로 시설장 보수교육 관련 내용들을 분석하였다. 최종 보육시설장 보수교육과정 모형은 교양, 직무(보육이론, 실제, 실습) 그리고 보육실천과 정책탐색 영역으로 구분하고 관련 교과목으로 구축되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study purposed to examine the contents of literature related to Children' Center Superviser, and the contents of In-Service Education, to analyze demand for and perception on In-Service Education among Children' Center Superviser, and ultimately to establish In-Service Education Content Frame for Children' Center Superviser.
For this purpose, we developed a questionnaire and conducted a survey of 409 supervisers of children' Center concerning problems in In-Service Education and their performance of professional roles as the supervisers of Children' Center and their demands. Based on the results of analyzing the problems and demands, we determined the direction and contents of In-Service education curriculums, and developed and proposed a curriculum model. The In-Service Education Content Frame for Children' Center Superviser is composed of cultural subjects, job?related subjects(theories and practices), and child care execution and research.
