아동 대상 사회서비스 제공현황과 정책적 과제 = 경기도 지역사회서비스를 중심으로

This study analyzed the present condition of social service for children in regard with service provider, service worker and service user, and examined the level of large-scale marketization, and generalization of community-based investment social service. For this, a survey concerning community based investment social service of Gyeonggi do was conducted from 2013. 7.15 ~ to 8.20, and 213 responses from social service for children out of 630 service provider and 100 user’s responses from 21 providers were analyzed. The result was that Wooriai psychological therapy program for children who have psychological and emotional problem Children cognitive power enhancement program and reading theraphy program occupied the largest part of service providers Even there were lots of cases where two or more service were simultaneously provided. Though the number of providers has increased steadily, their service period was short and working conditions were inferior. Most of the users were not beneficiaries of National Basic Security Act and they were dissatisfied with service usage period and process. Based on these results, we proposed the need for exclusive children service program, better working conditon and education, and traing system for service worker and consistent need analysis of users.
