관광정보 관리전문가 양성에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Training an Expert in Tourism Information Management

The purpose of this study is to offer some suggestions to bring up expert in tourism information in the field of computer and develop training programs. Nowadays, many tour companies need to employ web-master because of expansion of internet user and importance of tourism information. In other words, in accordance with the current trend of international tourism industry, the more sophisticated and abundant information on tourism people want to get, the more trained expert in tourism information who can easily handle computer people need. To achieve this study, theoretical analysis are based on the followings; selecting a concept of tourism information, a necessity of tourism information management human resources, raising human resources of present tourism information management and development of education process by prior studies. Addition to it, the problems of present education process for training expert in tourism information is observed and education model which is needed for efficiency training expert in tourism information like a web-master process is exemplified and education programs is proposed. There is training program of expert in tourism information. The suggestions are as follows : First, the aim of primary course is to teach students how to develop web pages using the Hyper Text Markup Language(HTML) and educate basic of sever. Second, intermediate course is to teach students how to operate web pages using a several of software program and organize web-site. Last, seniority course is focused on educating students to build and manage all database(DB) so that these bring up expert in tourism information.
