교원 원격직무교육에서 시스템품질, 정보품질, 서비스품질, 사용수준과 사용자만족도, 학습, 학습전이 간의 구조적 관계 분석

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the causal relationship among system quality, information quality, user satisfaction, use, learning and learning transfer in an online teacher professional development program. For this study, 484 online teacher professional development program trainees of the National Education Training Institute completed web-surveys. The result revealed the followings: First, information quality, use, service quality, system quality had direct effects on user satisfaction. Second, user satisfaction, use, information quality had direct effects on learning. Third, information quality, use, service quality, system quality had indirect effects on learning transfer through the mediator, user satisfaction. Lastly, information quality and use had indirect effects on learning transfer through learning. Based on these results, this study suggests strategies for quality management and learning transfer in online teacher professional development programs.
