영호남지역갈등의 원인과 감소방안 = The Reducing Proposal for the Provincial Conflict Between Yeung Nam and Ho Nam

국문 초록 (Abstract)

위 논문은 영호남의 지역갈등의 원인과 감소방안을 연구하고 있다. 지역갈등의 원인으로는 왜곡된 역사적인 요인, 잘못 전해내려온 사회문화적인 요인, 비민주적인 정치, 지역출신 후보에 대한 지나치게 편중 지지하는 대선과 총선의 행태, 불공정한 인사정책, 불균형적인 경제정책과 지역개발정책, 언론의 왜곡편파보도 등이 주요원인이었다.
지역갈등의 감소대안으로는 정치의 민주화, 공정한 인사정책, 양지역민의 올바른 대선과 총선자세, 균형과 조화로운 경제정책과 지역개발, 상호보완적인 사회문화정책, 공정하고 균형감각있는 언론의 보도와 계몽자세, 민간단체에 의한 화합을 위한 상호교류와 협력의 실천운동을 제시하였다.

This thesis is research on the reason and reducing proposal for the provincial conflict between Yeung Nam and Ho Nam. The reasons for the provincial conflict are misinterpreted historical issues; misunderstood traditional, social, and cultural fact; nondemocratic political activity; abnormally unbalanced supported presidential electoral candidates; unfaired personnel policy; unbalanced economic policy and provincial developing policy; unfaired mass media.
The reducing proposal for the provincial conflict is suggested to be more democratic toward political issues; faired personnel policy; right attitude on presidential elections and general elections from both the provinces; balanced and harmonized economic policy and provincial development; reciprocally complementary social and cultural policy; balanced and faired mass media; enlightened attitdes; concorded civil organizations and practically cooperated activities.
