개인브랜드 커피전문점 예비창업자의 창업환경과 가족지지가 창업불안과 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Influence of Entrepreneurship Environment and Family Support on Entrepreneurial Anxiety and Entrepreneurial will of Prospective Private-Brand Coffee Shop Entrepreneurs

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 창업환경과 가족지지가 창업불안 및 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 특히 인간은 미래의 결과를 예측할 수 없을 때 불안을 느끼며, 창업은 본질적으로 불확실성과 실패 가능성을 내포한 과정이라는 점에서 창업환경, 가족지지 요인을 통합적으로 분석하기 위해 개인브랜드 커피전문점을 창업하고자 하는 예비창업자들에게 161부의 유효표본을 수집하였다. 수집된 유효표본을 토대로 인구통계학적 특성, 신뢰도와 타당도 분석, 상관관계분석을 통해 측정도구의 적합성과 변수 간 관계성을 검증하였다. 검증된 측정도구를 토대로 가설검증을 위한 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 창업환경(금융지원, 사회문화)과 가족지지(정서적 지지, 도구적 지지)는 모두 창업불안에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 창업불안이 높아지면 창업의지에 부(-)의 영향을 미쳐, 창업불안이 창업의지에 핵심적인 심리적 장벽으로 작용함을 확인하였다. 아울러 창업환경과 가족지지는 창업의지에 직접적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 창업자의 불안을 해소하고 심리적 안정을 도모할 수 있는 전략이 단순한 자금지원 이상의 창업지원정책에서 반드시 고려되어야 함을 시사한다. 이는 재정적 지원뿐만 아니라 심리적 안정과 사회적 지지를 포함한 통합적 창업지원정책이 필요함을 보여주는 결과이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aimed to empirically examine the impact of the entrepreneurial environment and family support on entrepreneurial anxiety and entrepreneurial intention. Entrepreneurship is inherently uncertain and high-risk, often leading individuals to experience anxiety about the future. Recognizing this psychological dimension, the study sought to analyze how external environmental factors and familial support systems influence both anxiety and the intention to start a business. To conduct this analysis, data were collected from 161 prospective entrepreneurs planning to open personal-brand coffee shops. The study employed various statistical techniques, including demographic analysis, reliability and validity testing, and correlation analysis, to confirm the appropriateness of the measurement tools and examine relationships among key variables. Subsequently, multiple regression analysis was conducted to test the proposed hypotheses. The results showed that components of the entrepreneurial environment —financial and sociocultural support, as well as family support (emotional and instrumental)—had significant negative effects on entrepreneurial anxiety. Furthermore, it was found that increased entrepreneurial anxiety negatively influenced entrepreneurial intention, confirming anxiety as a major psychological barrier to entrepreneurship. In addition, both the entrepreneurial environment and family support were found to influence entrepreneurial intention directly positively. These findings suggest that policies supporting entrepreneurship should go beyond financial assistance to include psychological and emotional support systems. A comprehensive policy framework that fosters both economic and psychological security is essential for encouraging sustainable entrepreneurship.
