      In this paper, we propose a framework for context awareness services on smart devices network which is
      combined smart phone with internet of things(IoT). Our framework is composed of six parts: sensor data
      manager, data and context provider, class library, inference engine, service provider and development studio.
      Sensor data manager manages streaming and event data from various sensors, service data from app and web,
      and user profile. Data and context provider provides sensor data, summary data and context from databases for
      application developer. Class library is composed four parts: class library for Android services, class library for
      data and knowledgr management, and apllication program interface(API) for web services acquisition. Inference
      engine is composed of rule abse reasoning and case based reasoning and service provider generates
      recommendation and alarm services and monitoring images. Development studio is a integrated development
      environment for service programs. Extensions of our work are focused on developing additional prototypes for
      context aware application on our framework.
