경력단절 여성의 고용구조 및 고용안정성 분석 = The study of the employment structure and the employment stablility of career inerrupted women

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 경력단절 여성의 동학적인 고용구조를 실증적으로 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 특히 본 연구는 경력단절 여성의 재고용 및 재고용의 안정성을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 한국에서 상당수의 기혼여성들은 결혼, 출산 등 가사사정으로 인해 경력단절을 경험하고 노동시장 재진입도 매우 어려운 것으로 나타났다. 또한 재고용된 경력단절 여성은 고용이탈 가능성이 다른 비교집단보다 높은 것으로 확인된다. 결과적으로 여성에게 여전히 경력단절 문제는 심각한 수준을 확인할 수 있다. 이러한 분석결과는 경력단절 문제에 대한 정책적 노력이 핵심적 고용정책의 주제가 되어야 함을 시사한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the dynamic employment structure of career interrupted women. In particular, this study empirically analyzed reemployment and the persistence of reemployment of career interrupted women. Based on the results of empirical analyses, this study found many married women in Korea experienced career interruptions due to marriage, maternity, etc., and showed career interrupted women very difficult re-entry into the labor market. Also it is confirmed that reemployment dismissal among reemployed women is higher than other comparative groups. As a result, the problems of career interruption can still be identified with a serious level of female employment. The results of this analysis suggest that policy efforts on career interruption should be the important subject of employment policy.
