As the start of the official term of Kim Jeong-il government in 1998, the North Korea manifests itself a strong nation, upholding a slogan called ‘the late king’s politics`. The North maintains an antagonistic relationships with the international society, which leads to the isolation, and concentrates on developing WMDs like nuclear weapons and missiles by overworking their people. Upon the death of the leader of the North on December 17th 2011, his third son, Kim Jeong-eun, succeeded his father`s empire. After his father`s demise, Kim Jeong-eun had completed his conventional succession steps, by firstly becoming a chief commander, and taking the highest seats in Korean Worker`s Party and National Defense Committee on April 2012, and receiving a title of a ruler of nation 3 months later. He has reigned over his nation under the precept that his predecessor had passed to him. The international community is now watching this young leader`s actions with deep concern, as he lacks sufficient experience and knowledge to run his administration. Kim Jeong-eun launched a missile, Daepodong-3, in 2012, and in February 2013, he enforced the third nuclear experiment that aroused the attention from the international society. Furthermore, subsequent to the last year, he again made it clear in the announcement at the beginning of 2013, that he will continue following his father`s teachings which is building a strong nation. Kim may use the strategy to make a powerful nation by enhancing his regime. He will try to rearm their people`s ideology with Kim Il-sung and Kim Jeong-il patriotism, and be on more advantageous place in the negotiation with the international community, through increasing the quantity of WMD.
