현장실측을 통한 공동주택의 환기성능 현황 및 실태분석 = Current State Analysis on the Ventilation Performance in Apartment Houses by Field Measurements

In this study, we analyzed and assessed the ventilation performance in apartment houses by tracer gas and fan pressurization method. In a master bedroom having plastic widow frame, the concentration of CO₂ was rised by 2700ppm, which is about three times of the regulation value.
As an experimental result, Air Change Rattes m living rooms are between 0.2 and 0.7ACH, and those of master bedrooms are below 0.3ACH From these results, we can find out the polluted room air caused by insufficient ventilation and the necessity of a ventilation system m apartment houses According to the results by tracer gas and fan pressurization method, the priority among variables affect on the ventilation performance is presented the first balcony sash, the second bathroom exhaust fan, and the third curtain. The quantitative analysis results about airtightness revealed the effect of 10-15% in livingroom, and 10-30% in overall household when balcony sash is opened.
