항만물류산업의 시스템관리 역량강화를 위한 액션 러닝 프로그램 개발 = A Development of Action Learning Program for Enhancing System Management Core Competence in Port and Logistics Industry

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to develop an action learning program for enhancing system management core competence focused on port and logistics industry in Busan. Specific research tasks are as follows: First, analyze the task of the system management competence in port and logistics industry. Second, develop action learning program for enhancing the core competence in the industry. For the research methodology, researchers utilized focus group interview and workshop composed of several professors and practitioners suitable for the program development and obtained data and used them for redesign the program.
As the task analysis results, one is graphical expression of task analysis encompassing the detailed learning contents and program modules. The other is the learning hierarchy which guides the proper sequence of the learning tasks. As the development outcome of the program, researchers designed the goal, core learning process, and authentic problems of the program. The core learning process of the program were as follows; authentic problem, problem identifying, problem clarifying, solution finding, solution prioritizing, action plan designing, implementing, and reflecting.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 부산지역 4대 전략산업중의 하나인 항만물류산업의 핵심역량 강화를 위한 해결방안으로 액션러닝 프로그램의 프로토타입을 개발하는데 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위한 구체적인 연구 활동은 첫째, 해당 전문가의 의견을 기초하여, 항만물류산업의 시스템관리 역량과제를 분석하였으며, 둘째, 분석된 역량과제를 중심으로, 액션러닝 프로그램을 개발하였다. 연구방법으로는 효과적인 역량과제분석을 위하여 항만물류산업 분야의 전문가들과 인터뷰(focus group interview)를 실시하였으며, 프로그램 개발 워크숍 개최를 통하여 얻어진 질적 자료를 토대로 액션러닝 프로그램을 개발하는데 활용하였다. 본 연구의 과제분석 결과로서, 학습내용과 프로그램 모듈에 대한 시각적 도해를 제시하였으며, 학습과제의 계열을 결정하는데 도움이 되는 학습위계를 제시하였다. 프로그램의 개발 결과로서 프로그램의 목적, 학습과정, 프로그램의 청사진을 설계하였다. 프로그램의 학습과정은 실제적 문제, 문제확인, 문제분류, 해결안 제시, 해결안 우선순위 결정, 액션플랜 설계, 시행과 성찰로 구성하였다. 본 연구의 시사점은 종래의 조직차원에서 활용되고 있는 액션러닝을 산업차원인 항만물류산업의 역량강화를 구체적으로 구현할 수 있는 방법을 제시했다는 점을 들 수 있다.
