에니어그램의 가족복지적접근 - 부부관계 향상을 중심으로 - = Approach to family welfare of Enneagram - focused on a marital relation improvement -

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 21세기 디지털 시대를 맞아 가족복지에 있어 자신을 이해하고 다른 사람에 대한 이해의 지평을 넓힐 수 있는 에니어그램의 기법을 도입하여 새로운 부부관계로서의 커뮤니케이션 방법을 제시함과 동시에 패러다임의 전환을 통한 가족복지적 접근을 시도해 보고자 한다. 에니어그램은 나와 너, 우리 사이를 조망해보고 나아가서는 우리 안에 깊이 잠든 의식을 깨우는 도구이다. 본연구의 에니어그램 프로그램은 건강한 부부관계를 유지하여 행복한 가족 복지 구현을 추구하기 위해 5단계의 부부관계 향상 프로그램으로 구성되어 있다. 부부교육 프로그램에 에니어그램의 적용은 인간에 대해 긍정적이고 성장 지향적이며 잠재력 발견으로서 예방적이며 교육적 접근으로 시도하고 있다. 에니어그램을 통한 부부관계 향상 프로그램은 만족하고 기능적인 부부체계로 형성을 위해서 부부 스스로가 가진 자원을 인식하고 개발 할 수 있도록 하는 기술을 훈련하는 것으로 부부가 함께 성장할 수 있도록 관계 향상을 위한 수단으로 작용한다. 따라서 부부관계를 향상시키기 위하여 에니어그램의 기법을 도입함으로서 가족복지 서비스를 향상시킬 수 있다고 본다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In the digital age, in this study, I introduce Enneagram to the family welfare field, which can help people understand themselves and other people, suggest the new way of communication in a married couple, and try to approach it to a family welfare through the change of a paradigm. Enneagram is a means which looks out relationship among you, me, and us, and wakes up our deep unconsciousness. It consists of 5 step programs for a marital relation improvement to maintain a healthy marital relation and to realize the welfare for happy families. Appling Enneagram to a married couple education program is positive and development-oriented. This application can be a precautionary step by finding potential and attempted as a educational approach. The programs for a marital relation improvement through Enneagram can function as a means of helping a couple to develop themselves together to build up satisfactory and functional couple - the training of the skill to recognize and to develop their resources in them. Therefore, introducing Enneagram can promote family welfare to improve a marital relation.
