Third, making a community welfare center is needed.
Fourth, Making the Land Development Funds is essential which can retrieve from the development profit by public management development method. Fifth, An improvement on the reasonable reward system is demanded.
Sixth, By supply Apartment as a migration plan, we can suppress speculation. Seventh, dynamic project advertisement is needed As a conclusion, to make whole community positive public participation is required.
