구례수목원 방문객 이용행태와 경제적 파급효과 분석 = Analysis of the Behavior and Economic Effects of Visitors at Gurye Arboretum

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 구례군 소유의 구례수목원을 방문한 이용객을 대상으로 이용행태, 중요도 – 만족도 분석 및경제적 파급효과를 분석하여 구례수목원의 운영에 필요한 전략을 도출하고자 수행하였다. 자료수집은2024년 3월∼5월 중 구례수목원 방문객을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 총 450부를 분석에 사용하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 이용행태 특성은 주로 50∼60대 이상(87.1%)의 연령을 중심으로 가족(77.1%) 단위이용객들이 우세하고 방문객 대부분은 자가용(95.3%)으로 이동한 것으로 나타났다. 이용객 대부분은 전라남도(24.0%), 광주(21.8%)에 거주하고 있고, 구례수목원에 대한 정보는 인터넷(32.9%)을 통해 얻는 것으로 나타났다. 주요 방문동기는 숙박(60.7%)의 목적이었다. 둘째, 수정 IP 분석 결과, 집중영역을 의미하는 2사분면에는 ‘시설물 관리 상태’, ‘다양한 홍보’, ‘전시물 양호’의 3개 속성이 포함되는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 구례수목원으로 인한 지역경제 총 생산파급액은 229억 5천 5백만 원, 총 소득파급액은 39억 7 천 6백만 원, 총 부가가치파급액은 85억 9천만 원, 총 고용파급은 151명/백만 원으로 분석되었다.

This study was conducted to derive strategies necessary for the operation of the Gurye Arboretum by analyzing usage behavior, importance-performance analysis, and economic impacts for visitors to the Gurye Arboretum owned by Gurye-gun. For data collection, a survey was conducted on visitors to the Gurye Arboretum from March to May 2024, and a total of 450 copies were used for analysis. As a result of the analysis, first, it was found that the characteristics of use behavior were mainly dominated by family (77.1%) unit users, centering on the age of those in their 50s to 60s (87.1%) and older, and most of the visitors moved by car (95.3%). Most of the users live in Jeollanam-do (24.0%) and Gwangju (21.8%), and information on the Gurye Arboretum was found to be obtained through the Internet (32.9%). The main motive for visiting was for accommodation (60.7%). Second, as a result of the modified IP analysis, it was analyzed that the second quadrant, which means an concentrate here, included three attributes: ‘facility management status’, ‘various publicity’, and ‘exhibition quality’. Third, the total output impact generated by Gurye Arboretum to the local economy was 22.955 billion won, and the total income impact was 3.976 billion won, the total value-added impact was 8.59 billion won, and the total employment impact was 151 people/million won.
