기초자치단체 문화예술회관 운영의 비교분석 = 대구시 북구, 창원시, 의성군의 사례

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to analyze the factors that impede the efficiency of the operational structure of local Culture and Art Centers in lower-level local autonomies. This study examined organizational structure, financial management, and program management of Culture and Art Centers in the areas of Buk-Gu in Daegu, Changewon City, and Uiseong County.
As a result, First, staff members of Culture and Art Centers must be required to exhibit professionalism and creativity in organizational structure appropriate for a Culture and Art Center. Second, it is efficient to utilize the participation of private organizations, volunteers, and other external resources, considering the budget and the financial health, and to induce the support of companies and individuals. Third, efforts needed to be made to improve the cultural life quality of local community members by developing self-planned programs of performance, exhibition, and education.
