현실 치료 집단 상담 프로그램이 인터넷 중독 초등학생의 자아존중감, 내적통제성 및 인터넷 중독 개선에 미치는 효과 = The Effect of the Reality Therapy Froup Counseling Profram on the Improvement of Self-Esteem, Lnternal control, and addictive Internet Use of the Internet-Addicted Elementary School Students.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 인터넷 중독 초등학생에게 현실치료집단상담 프로그램에 의한 자아존중감과 내적통제력의 강화가 인터넷 중독 상태의 개선에 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 알아보기 위해 실시되었다. 연구 결과 현실치료집단상담을 받는 실험집단이 통제집단보다 자아존중감의 점수가 높았다. 둘째, 현실치료집단상담을 받은 실험집단이 통제집단보다 내적통제성이 높았다. 셋째, 현실치료집단상담을 받은 실험집단이 통제집단보다 인터넷 중독상태가 개선되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is to improve self-esteem and control of internet addicted elementary school students so that they can overcome internet addiction. The addicted students are sorted by internet addiction self test. 34 sixth grade students of D elementary school in Boryeong city. Chunganm. was randomly allotted to the test group and the control group 17 each. Reality therapy group counselling program was performed twice a week, 2 hours for once, totally for 4 weeks(8 times) from September 5. 2005 to October 1, 2005. And control group was to do the typing practice. To test the experimental effect "internet addiction self test(K-scale)","self-esteem scale test", and "internal control test" were conducted. The results showed statistically significant changes in the self-esteem, internal control and internet addiction of the internet addiction students who are participated in the reality therapy group counselling program. In this study, we could verify that the reality therapy group counselling activity could enhance the self-esteem, internal control of the internet addicted elementary school students who could also escape from internet addicted state.
