청소년이 지각한 사회적지지와 음주행위에 대한 스트레스의 매개효과 -도농복합지역 중심으로 = The Mediating Effect of Stress on Social Support and the Drinking Behavior of Adolescents -In Centering Complex Rural Areas

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study verified the mediating effect of stress on social support and the drinking behavior exhibited by adolescents in complex rural areas. A questionnaire was used for this study and was administered to a total of 317 adolescents consisting of 167 male students and 150 female students in high schools located in the Gyunggi-do rural complex area. The results were as follows. First, it was concluded that social support had a relevant effect on drinking behavior by the adolescents from the rural complex area. Second, by observing the effect of social support on stress perceived by the adolescents from the rural complex area it was revealed that social support had a relevant passive influence on stress, meaning that stress was lowered with an in increase social support. Third, it was revealed that stress had a relevant effect on drinking behavior, forming higher stresses which in turn, lead to higher drinking behavior. There were two factors out of six which were relevant in the influence of drinking behavior, and these were in the order of school-related stress, friend-related stress, respectively. Fourth, in the relationship between social support and the drinking behavior by the adolescents in the rural complex area, the mediating effect of stress was found to be relevant and in the 5 sub-variables excluding stress, the mediating effect was not relevant. However, these variables had a role in affecting the surrounding environment related stress as a mediating factor.
