21세기 교육복지와 영국의 아동·청소년 사업 고찰 = Education welfare and youth work in England for the 21st century

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The aims of this study are two-fold. Firstly, this study analysed the social and political background of children's policies in England. Secondly, this study tried to find the implications from the education welfare services in England. Since 1997, the Labour government amended the social welfare services and policies under the active and positive social welfare philosophy. They believed that human capital was the key for their social development. Therefore, British government put a first priority onto children's policy and social welfare. This study investigated Education Action Zones, Sure start, Extended schools, Connexions, such as the social welfare services for the deprived children as well as the all children. Therefore, this study suggested that the children's welfare policies has to be well recognised and all children should be supported in order to maximize their potentialities.
