농촌과 도시지역 초등학생의 진로인식에 대한 자아개념 및 자아존중감의 영향 = The Influence of Self-concept and Self-esteem about Career Awareness of Elementary Schoolers in Rural Area and Urban Area

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to make a data helped to propose the right direction of career education about elementary students in rural area through comparing and analysis between rural area and urban area about career awareness, self-concept and self-esteem.
To solve this subject, 81 rural elementary students and 69 urban elementary students in K city Kyung-ki-do were surveyed. The problems of this study were as below: First, is there the meaningful difference between rural elementary schoolers and urban elementary schoolers about career awareness? Second, how about self-concept? Third, how about self-esteem? Finally, what do self-esteem and self-concept effect career awareness? These were established for this study and were tried to solve.
As a result of analysis, there is the significant difference between rural area and urban area about career awareness in self-concept, but the difference did not founded in other factors.
In the awareness difference between rural area and urban area about self-concept, the meaningful difference was showed only in home self among not study self. There is not the awareness difference between regions about self-esteem.
In final problem, the influence which self-concept and self-esteem have on career awareness in rural area and urban area was founded. In rural area, school self-esteem, ability self and home self among total career awareness effect career awareness. In urban area, whole self-esteem and ability self have an important effect on career awareness.
