학습전이 측정 동향 및 측정도구 신뢰도 일반화 분석: 1996년~2013년 국내 학술지에 게재된 논문을 대상으로 = Analyses about Trends of Measurement and Reliability Generalization of Tools for Learning Transfer : Centered on articles published on Korean Journals between 1996-2013

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Learning transfer has been a popular research topic in HRD as a linkage of education and performance. In spite of th importance of learning transfer, researchers indicated the limits of self-reported questionnaire for measuring learning transfer. Also researchers discussed and suggested some alternatives: such as multi-time measurement, multi-person measurement and so on. But these alternatives also were kinds of self-reported questionnaire. In these situation, one of best ways is to find reliable tools and factors which influence on the reliability of tools. In this aspect, this study was conducted to analyze the research trends of measurement of learning transfer and test the reliability generalization of tools for learning transfer. Data were collected from 99 articles published 1996-2013 on Korean journals. These articles were searches using 5 academic DBs in Korea. From analyses of the data, the findings were followings. 1) Rouiller & Goldstein(1993) and Lee(1995; 1996)`s questionnaires were the most frequently used in the articles independently of the academic areas(management, tourism, education and so on). Recently, the utilization of self-developed questionnaires by authors of articles was increased. 2) The average time for measuring learning transfer from the end of training was 2.7 months. And the duration for measurement was shortened until now. 3) The reliability(such as Cronbach`s α coefficient) was stable over .8. On the other hands, type of scale(5, 7, 9 Likert scales), the means of learning transfer, and the kind of questionnaires(Rouiller & Goldstein(1993), Holton & Bates(1998), Lee(1995; 1996) etc.) had influenced on the reliability. Based on these analyses, suggestions and indications were discussed.
