This study was to examine the relationships of among the early childhood teachers’ perception of work environment, job satisfaction, and happiness. The subjects of this study were 236 teachers of young and early childhood who were working in daycare centers and kindergartens located in Seoul·Gyeong-gi, Gang-won, Chung-cheong and Gyeong-sang provinces. The collected data were analyzed by reliability analysis, frequency analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, t-test, one-way variance analysis, and correlation analysis using the SPSS 25.0 statistical program. The results of this study were summarized as follows. First, the mean scores of perception of working environment, job satisfaction and happiness of teachers were higher than `normal level’. Second, there were significant differences according to the teachers’ age, education level, working hours, type of working institution, and monthly income. Third, there were significant positive correlations between the perception of working environment, job satisfaction, and happiness of teachers
