대학 운동부 지도자의 현실적 문제해결 과정에 대한 근거이론적 접근

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to inquire the theoretical model as a process of realistic problem solving which university sport team coach experiences. In this study participants were 3 members with more than 10 years of field experience. Data were collected through individual interviews and analyzed by strauss & corbin(1990)’s grounded theory model. As a result, the central phenomenon was ‘real difficulties’ which are ‘condition of victory’ and ‘unsafe position’ in the sub-category. Casual condition consisted of ‘hidden competition’ and ‘reduction of authority to choose up team’. Contextual condition consisted of ‘guilty conscience ,’self respect’ and ‘entwined teamwork’. Conciliatory conditions which lead to interaction condition showed ‘rational response’, ‘self reflection’. Final result showed ‘self control’ and maximize team power’. In conclusion, though the university sport team coaches confronted difficulties with burden of anytime victory and reduction of role authority, they protect themselves from immoral behaviors and maximize team power instead of confrontation or conflict.
