General real-estate investment firms have yet to be activated in Korea. In this context, this study is designed to active the firms and to work out systematic remedies for establishing sound real-estate investment firms and to determine what enterprise can be developed on the basis of the remedies.
The Korean real-estate market is currently dominated by huge foreign capitals in case of large-scale market. In case of small-scale market, small investors engage In fierce competition in the real-estate investment area.
In this context, the activation of the real-estate Investment firms can take care of the twisted phenomenon of the current real-estate market.
