국내기업의 SCM 내에서의 공급업체 개발 실행방식과 품질 성과에 대한 전자정보기술의 조절 효과 연구 = A Study on Moderating Effect of Information Technologies on Relationship between Supplier Development Practice and Quality Performance

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Purpose: By conducting empirical research, we first aimed to confirm the suitability of supplier development practice(SDP) and quality performance(QP) as constructs and the effect of the former variable to the latter. In the next stage, we conducted further investigation using two information systems that have a significant moderating effect on the relationship between SDP and QP.
Composition/Logic: To verify suitability of these constructs, we implemented validity analysis using exploratory factor and reliability analyses. To estimate the causal relationship between SDP and QP, we conducted regression model analysis and used a moderate(hierarchial) regression model to confirm the moderating effect of enterprise resource planning(ERP) and point of sales(POS).
Findings: By conducting empirical surveys of companies nationwide, the validity and reliability of the constructs SDP and QP were confirmed, and we can conclude that the former has a positive effect on the latter. Furthermore, implementing POS has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between SDP and QP, while implementing ERP does not have that effect.
Originality/Value: To the best of the authors’ knowledge, there are few studies that relates SCM to the implementation of specific information systems. This exploratory study has some value as it seeks to determine the relationship between them.
