종합사회복지관의 상대적효율성 평가에 관한 연구 = A study on the relative efficiency evaluation of comprehensive social welfare centers

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study analyzes how the educational activities and employee management of facility workers at comprehensive social welfare centers in the Gwangju region contribute to project costs through data envelopment analysis.
First, it was found that the average educational activity cost per person and the average training time per person significantly contributed to the project cost. This can be judged as contributing to the project cost only if the educational activity cost and training time for each social welfare facility worker is invested rather than the overall educational activity cost of the welfare center.
Second, employee retention rate and number of employees were found to have contributed the most to project costs. In the improvement potential analysis, staffing ratio was found to be the variable that needs to be improved the most. This means that organizations with an appropriate number of employees and employees who can work for a long time have a higher contribution to project costs.
