컨테이너터미널 야드 효율성에 관한연구. : Work Load Distribution = A study on the Yard efficiency of container terminals

국문 초록 (Abstract)

오늘날 항만과 국내와 국외 항만의 경쟁이 심화되고, 컨테이너 터미널의 인수 합병 및 컨테이너 선사들의 인수합병등이 일어나고 있다. 선박서비스노선의 개편 및 합병 과 터미널간의 운영의 어려움으로, 날이 갈수록 경쟁이 치열해지고 있다. 그리고 2016년 한진 해운 사태로 인하여, 국내외 컨테이너 시장의 변화가 예상된다.
선사들의 선박 대형화 및 체선시간을 줄이기 위하여, 국내 선사들은 모항인 부산항의 컨테이너 터미널의 생산성 향상을 요구하고 있다. 그리고 터미널에서는 북항과 신항의 물동량 역전 현상과 장비의 노후화 또한 고령화된인력으로 새로운 운영시스템의 도입이 필요한 시점이다. 그러나 컨테이너 터미널의 생산성 향상에 관하여 많은 부분에서 방법이 제시되었으나, 컨테이너 터미널의 각각의 특성 및 내부적 요소가 배제되어 정립되었다.
본 연구에서는 문헌연구를 통하여 기존의 YARD운영, 컨테이너 터미널의 운영를 분석하였다. 실증사례분석으로 부산의 H컨테이너터미널에서 2015년도의 야드 운영방식과 2016년 야드운영방식 W.D.I를 도입이후 실제 작업분산이 일어났는지에 대하여 분석하였다. 모든 장비가 동등하게 작업을 분산하여 이상적인 장비운영을 위함이다.

Today, competition between ports and domestic ports has intensified, mergers of container terminals and mergers and acquisitions of container shipping companies. As mergers and acquisitions between the ship service lines and mergers are becoming increasingly competitive, it is becoming increasingly competitive.And in the wake of Hanjin Shipping, changes in the market for domestic and foreign containers are expected.
In order to reduce ship formation and unloading times, domestic shipping companies are demanding improvements in the container terminals of Busan port.In addition, the terminal is a time for the introduction of new operating systems and equipment, and the introduction of the aging system and the introduction of the new operating system.
However, the methods were presented in various parts of the container terminal, but the individual characteristics and internal elements of the container terminal were excluded.
Based on the study of literature, the study analyzed the existing YARD operation and the operating system of the container terminals.
Analysis of the actual practice occurred after analyzing the actual operation of the WDI operation method in 2015 and the actual operation of the yard operation method in 2015. All equipment is equally distributed to operate the ideal equipment operation.
