The purpose of the this study is to suggest the appropriate cultivation system of Sport for All leader. For this purpose, this study surveyed and analyzed the present situation of cultivation system, of Sport for All leader in Korea and other four countries(USA, Japan, Germany, and U.K.) and thereby tried to suggest the proper cultivation device of Sport for All leader in Korea. In conclusion, the proper cultivation device of Sport for All leader in Korea is as follows. 1. The persent and furture situation in Korea requires that Sport for All leaders who are graduated in the universities and colleges be professional in each particurlar fields, therefore try to cultivate professional in each particular area of Sport for All activities. 2. The Sport for All leader is cultivated to perform the task of each position step for sport for All activities which is the person to person leader, supervisory leader, and the executive leader. 3.
