지적학과 부동산학의 공존적 발전가능성에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

모든 사회과학 분야가 간학제적 연구 풍토에 접어든 지금, 지적학은 현재 2단계의 정체성 위기를 맞고 있다. 2단계 정체성 위기는 학문영역 범주와 관련된다. 그것은 지적학 자체의 모호한 학문적 성격 때문만이 아니라 교육현장에서의 위기상황과도 결부되어 있다. 교육현장에서의 위기는 특히 수도권보다는 지방의 대학에서 더 심각하다. 두 학문영역의 속성이 동일하지 않음에도 불구하고 특히 많은 대학의 지적과가 부동산 관련학과로 명칭을 바꾸고 있다. 그러한 현상은 학과자체의 존립을 위한 불가피한 선택으로 간주된다. 그러나 이러한 위기상황은 오히려 부동산학과 지적학을 통합하여 명실공히 토지관리 분야 전반에 걸친 종합학문의 개발을 위한 도약의 계기가 될 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The principles of Cadastral Science copes with an 2nd. phase identity crisis now. though every majors of social science are in the mood of inter-disciplinary working trend. The second identity crisis of cadastral science is related with a limit or boundary of academic category. That is not because of ambiguous principles itself. but because of uncertain circumstances including the crisis of cadastral education institutions. Especially more critical educational crisis spreads over suburban colleges compared with those in metropolitan area. Some cadastral departments of colleges in Korea are trying to change its title, from ‘the dept. of cadastre’ to ‘the dept. of real estate’, even though the entity in the former title is different from that of the latter. That situation is regarded as the inevitable action of cadastral departments of colleges, for there's no choice but to do so for the survival of itself. But it may be the golden oppourtunity for us to integrate both majors to one synthetic academic field on ‘land management’.
