제주도 관광자원의 활용가치 제고 방안 = The Plan on Using Tourism Resources in Jeju Do

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Comparing Jeju Do with the peninsula, there are fresh air and beautiful scenery, unpolluted sea in Jeju Do. It has heaven's blessing tourism resources. There being mountain area centering around Halla mountain, beautiful seashore, and sea and islands, natural environment in Jeju Do is connected. On the land people can enjoy mountain climbing, horse riding, seeing scenary. Underground people can enjoy spelunking cave. On the beach people can enjoy fishing and swimming. Under the sea people can enjoy scuba diving. In the air people can enjoy hang gliding.
Thinking of tourism resources in Jeju Do, natural tourism resources are excellent in their value and using. But cultural tourism resources in Jeju Do are very poor. I suggest these plans to elevate values and attractiveness of tourism resources and complement their weaknesses. 1st, it is necessary that we protect natural tourism resources. Especially their cleanness is the most important. 2nd, tourism pattern is being changed into tourism for pleasure. So it is necessary that many leisure facilities be developed. 3rd, there are a lot of weaknesses in cultural tourism resources. So we have to introduce tourism marketing into cultural tourism resources. They should be changed dynamic tourism resources. 4th, there should be both nativeness and global characteristics in the existing tourist resorts at the same time.
