지구단위계획에서의 조형계획과 그 활용에 대한 연구 - 독일의 지구단위계획을 중심으로 - = A Study on the District Unit Plan Improvement by Using Gestaltungsplan - In Case of District Unit Plan in Germany -

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In Germany, theories to confirm the concept of design, space and place of city through the guidelines of urban planning system was suggested, and new ways to upgrade the quality of occupants? life by articulating the spatial characteristics of locality were sought. As a specific alternative, a new concept of formative planning system was introduced in 1970-80s. In this study, it is intended to research the organization and operation of the District Unit Plan System to analyze the aspects found in architectural design as well as the process of urban planning. Baden-Baden and Bruchsal that were built as new residential complexes based on the architectural laws enacted after 1987 were cased-studied in detail. Ultimately this thesis aims to study the fundamental importance and role of formative planning system in the process of formulating and executing the District Unit Plan System.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

세계적으로 기존 도시개발과 도시계획의 문제점이 구체적으로 논의된 것은 1960년대 이르러서라고 볼 수 있다. 독일에서는 도시계획의 가이드라인을 통한 도시의 조형, 공간, 장소성 개념의 확립에 대한 이론이 제기되었으며, 획일적이지 않고 지역에 따라 공간적 특성을 살려 거주자 및 사용자의 삶의 질을 높일 수 있는 방안을 모색하게 되는데, 그 구체적인 대안으로 70-80년대 들어 새로운 조형계획의 개념이 도입되게 된다. 본 논문에서는 독일에서 도시계획 과정과 이에 따른 건축물설계에 반영되는 사항을 분석하기 위하여독일의 지구단위계획의 체계와 운영방법을 고찰하고 1987년 이후 제정된 건축법규의 적용을 받아 새로이 조성된 주거단지인 독일의 바덴-바덴(Baden- Baden)시, 부루흐잘(Bruchsal)시를 구체적 사례로 설정하고 이 도시에 적용된 사례를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 지구단위계획에서 지구상세계획이 어떻게 수립되고 그 과정에서 조형계획이 갖는 위치 그리고 역할에 대하여 고찰하였다.
