한국판 노인 행동평가척도 타인보고용(OABCL)의 평정자 집단에 따른 측정동등성 분석 = Measurement Equivalence of the Korean version of Older Adult Behavior Checklist across informant groups

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 미국에서 개발된 노인 행동평가척도 타인보고용(OABCL)의 요인 구조를 한국 노인을 대상으로 적용 가능한지 확인하고, 평정자 집단(배우자, 친구, 자녀, 요양보호사) 간 측정동등성 분석을 통해 OABCL 척도가 평정자 집단에 따라 동일한 기능을 하는지 살펴보았다. 한국판 ASEBA 노인용 검사군 표준화 자료 중 타인보고(OABCL) 자료가 유효한 464명의 59~88세 자료를 분석에 활용하였다. 확인적 요인분석을 통해 미국판 원검사의 요인 구조를 한국판에도 동일하게 적용할 수 있음을 확인했다. 측정동등성 분석 결과, 평정자 집단에 따라 문제행동 평가에 있어 과소/과대 평가 및 측정의 신뢰도 측면에서 일부 특수한 경향성이 보이기도 하지만, 전반적으로 문제행동 요인/측정 구조에 대한 해석이 네 집단 간에 동일하게 이루어지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 배우자 집단은 다른 평정자 집단보다 낮은 수준의 평정을 하고, 요양보호사 집단은 높은 수준의 평정을 하는 경향을 보였다. 모든 평정자 집단에서 불안/우울과 짜증/억제부족 척도의 오차가 상대적으로 높은 편이였고, 걱정을 제외한 모든 척도에서 요양보호사의 평정이 가장 큰 오차를 보였다. 한국판 OABCL의 평정자 집단에 따른 임상 및 연구 장면에서의 활용에 대한 논의가 이루어졌다.
