畜産團地의 造成과 育成方向 = Organization and its Upbringing Direction of Livestock Area

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This thesis has gropped the organization and its upbringing direction of livestock area. The object of making livestock area lies in systematizing livestock farmers that are dispersed now on a small scale, through voluntary cooperative system, thus the farmers can obtain mass managements profit.
The organization and the upbringing of livestock area are as follows:
1. It should be based on institutional and social phases with mentality.
2. There should be clear objects in organizing the area and plans in using resources for accomplishing the objects.
3. Responsibities and authorities of the system members should be clarified.
4. Intentional education should be followed for all members in which they are able to participate.
5. An able leader is necessary who has creativity and responsibility.
6. Opened and democratic managements are required in controlling the area.
7. The producing organization as a practical organization contains technical and phased upbring programs.
8. It should be organized that producing and processing precedures as well as cooperative management in distribution channel could be possible, and concentrated fund and technical assistance should be followed.
