The purpose of this paper is to find the level of preference on food taste and the behavior of spending money on eating out for college students. The considered factors are called as follows convenience; material of food; the quality of food and food service; connection or relationship; and economical efficiency. These factors are extracted from 20 variables with .7927 level of confidence.
College students said that the quality of food is the most important factor when they choose the restaurant, the next factors are services, atmosphere in order. The purposes of eating out is mainly to meet friends and colleagues, and they spend \15,000 on average for each eating out. The relationship between the number of frequencies per month and 6 factors of eating out exist in the area of conveniences, materials, relationships and economical efficiency within 5% level of confidence.
The respondents prefer hot and sweet tastes, but sour, salty and bitter tastes were in middle of 5 point scale. The differences between male and female group on food tastes preferences significantly exist on hot taste and sour taste. However the differences do not exist in every sweet, salty, and bitter tastes.
