지적ㆍ지형측량 통합에 따른 지적측량 기술개발 방향 = Direction on Technology Development of Cadastral Surveying on Merging Cadastral and Topographic Surveying

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Under a change of circumstances, the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs(MLTM) was set newly up for improving the value and practical use of national land, combining the Ministry of Construction and Transportation with the Marine Transport and Harbor Bureau of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, and the Cadastre Administration Bureau of the Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs. For being recognized national GIS information as the driving force of creating high value-added products in all the fields of the society and the core infrastructure of realizing the ubiquitous world, the MLTM currently took steps toward the improvement and establishment of NGIS related laws and regulations.
This article suggests the direction on technology development of cadastral surveying in three aspects of institution, industry, and research and development in the new era of the MLTM.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

시대적인 환경변화에 따라 건설교통부는 국토의 가치와 활용도를 제고하기 위하여 해양수산부의 해운물류ㆍ항만, 해양환경 및 행정자치부의 지적업무를 통합하여 국토해양부로 새롭게 출발하였다. 국토해양부에서는 국가공간정보를 사회의 모든 영역에서 고부가가치를 창출하는 원동력이며, 유비쿼터스를 구현하기 위한 핵심기반으로 인식하여 국가공간정보체계 관련법을 제정ㆍ정비하고 있다.
본 논고에서는 측량과 지적의 통합에 따른 지적측량의 기술개발 방향을 법ㆍ제도적인 측면, 산업적인 측면, 연구개발 측면에서 제시하였다.
