긍정심리학과 행복·덕윤리교육의 적용 = 기독교적 관점에서

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 긍정심리학의 행복, 덕교육적 적용을 기독교를 중심으로 시도해보고자 하는 것이다. 행복·덕교육에 있어서 불교와 유교, 도교등과 긍정심리학과 소통할 수 있지만 기독교 역시 그러한 가능성을 갖는다. 그러므로 기독교를 통해 긍정심리학의 덕성 교육 및 긍정교육을 시도해보되, 기독교적 적용에 있어서 문제점에 대해 비판적 검토를 시도하고자 하였다. 이러한 비판적 검토에는 긍정심리학의 성격강점의 기독교적 덕성표현의 가능성, 긍정심리학과 기독교적 텔로스와의 관계, 텔로스가 예수의 인격인지, 케노시스의 문제인지, 긍정심리학의 덕론의 한계와 이점에 대한성찰, 개인주의적 행복이 긍정심리학이나 성경적 행복과 차이나는 점 등을 고찰해 보았다. 이번 고찰에서 특별히 반목적론적인 긍정심리학을 기독교적인 텔로스, 즉 예수의 인격과 케노시스를 통합한 텔로스의 관점을 통해기독교적으로 적용해야함을 강조하였다. 뿐만 아니라 구체적인 적용의 방향 역시 제시해 보고자 하였다. 긍정심리학의 PERMA 및 덕(성격강점 활용)접근, 긍정적 구절들과 비유들의 성격강점모델과의 연결, 회복탄력성과 기독교적관점에서의 활용, 긍정 정서와 감사의 활용, 낙관성과 인지치료, 마음챙김, 기독교적 적용을 살펴보고 긍정심리학과 신앙공동체에 적용하는 부분 역시 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 긍정심리학이란 행복과학을 기독교적 행복·덕윤리 교육으로 적용하는데 필요한 성찰을 포함하면서 구체적인 적용방안 역시 제시하고자 하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to investigate happiness and virtue educational applications of positive psychology form the Christian perspective. For this, it will involve the careful study of modern positive psychology. Positivepsychology provides conceptual, methodological and applicatory resources that would be valuable to a Christian psychologist who wishes to make use of the happiness and virtue education s model of human flourishing. Modern positive psychology has restored a positive ethical vision of human beings to the field of modern psychology in its study of virtue. However, Jesus Christ s character and kenosis plays an inestimably important role in Christian positive psychology. Jesus Christ is the eternal prototype of the human ethicospiritual form. This paper reviews the positive psychology of the possibility of Christian virtues representation of character strengths, positive psychologyand relationships with christian telos. As well as the direction of a specific application should also investigate and present. For the direction of the specific application, I suggested PERMA and the virtues of the positivepsychology approach, connected with positive phrases and character of the parable strengths model, resilience and its use from a Christian perspective, the positive use of emotion and gratitude, optimism and cognitive therapy,and mindfulness. I also applied positive psychology to faith communities.F inally, positive psychology s educational direction and approach for Christian happiness and virtue was presented.
