AI시대 인성 리터러시와 차명상의 역할 = The Role of Character Literacy and Tea Meditation in the AI Era

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본고는 AI의 발달이 가져오는 여러 가지 사회문제에 인간의 주체적 존엄성이 훼손되는 우려에서 출발하였다. 점점 기계의 발달에 종속되고 잠식되어 가는 인간의 가치를 보면서 AI시대에 필요한 인성은 어떻게 변화해야 하는지 고찰해 보기로 하였다. 기존 사회의 통념에서 바라보는 인성은 AI시대와 맞지 않다고 생각하여 이에 맞는 인성 리터러시를 차문화의 범주 안에서 조명해 보았다. AI에 과몰입하는 무비판적인 인식과 의인화한 의존성으로 인하여 인간의 정체성을 상실해 가는 AI시대, 인성에 대하여 어떻게 해답을 얻어야 하는지를 차명상에서 찾고자 하였다. 차명상은 AI가 발달할수록 인간의 정체성과 주체성을 회복하는 데 많은 의미를 줄 수 있다. 의사결정과정을 AI가 대체하고 인간 존재의 고립이 심각한 특징을 나타내는 AI시대는 자아정체성을 확립하는 것이 무엇보다 중요한 문제이다． 아무리 AI가 발달하더라도 인간의 존재보다 우위에 있을 수는 없기 때문이다. AI와 공생하기 위해서는 인성 리터러시도 변화해야 한다. 명확하게 현실을 인식하고 AI를 주도할 수 있는 주체성을 확립하여 AI와 협력적 의사소통을 할 수 있는 공감력을 길러야 한다. AI 사용으로 발생하는 인간의 존엄성 문제는 윤리적 도덕적 기준 안에서 인간 중심의 규칙이 만들어져야 한다. 이러한 변화에 적응할 수 있는 인성 리터러시를 함양하기 위해서는 차명상의 정신적 가치를 살려 문화적 매개로서 의미 있는 역할을 다할 수 있도록 해야 한다.

This study began from the worry that subjective dignity of human was lost because of diverse social problems caused from AI development. Therefore, it aimed to speculate on how character required in the AI era would change while observing human value that has been subordinated to and encroached on development of machine. As it was suggested that the character viewed from the conventional ideas of existing society was not matched with the AI era, this study looked on proper character literacy in the category of tea culture. As for a question relating to the character of the AI era that is losing human identity because of uncritical recognition by over-immersion in and personified dependence to AI, this study would like to find out the answer from tea meditation. It was considered that meditation practice with tea as one could provie important mental meaning to recover human identity and subjectivity as AI develops. Tea meditation has a significant mental meaning in recovering human identity and subjectivity. as AI technology develops.In the AI era when decision-making process is replaced by AI and which is characterized by serious isolation of human existence, it is very important to establish self-identity.Although AI is greatly developed, it can not replace human themselves. For coexistence with AI, character literacy should be changed. As humans recognize reality and establish subjectivity to lead AI, they should develop empathy for cooperative communication. As for the human dignity problem derived from the use of AI, it was suggested that within ethical and moral standards, human-oriented rules should be made. For cultivation of character literacy to adjust to such change, mental value of tea meditation as a meaningful cultural medium should be pursued.
